Our story
It all began in a quiet corner of our university library. Surrounded by textbooks and the gentle hum of whispered conversations, we found ourselves sharing stories instead of studying—stories of hidden gems we'd discovered across Dublin, places that never made it into orientation packets or tourist guides.
"Why isn't there a place where students can find the real Dublin?" one of us asked. The question hung in the air as we realized that between us, we had mapped an entirely different city than what appeared in brochures—a student's Dublin, authentic and accessible.
That afternoon, amid the stillness of the library's reading room, our vibrant platform was sketched out on the backs of lecture notes. What began as a casual exchange of recommendations grew into a mission: to create a space where every student in Dublin could access the city's best-kept secrets and build community through shared experiences.
